We support international wholesale shipping for crystal & stone orders. This page explains our general lead time, shipping methods, and practical order timing for wholesale buyers.
Lead Time
Ready stock orders
For ready-stock products, orders are usually prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days after confirmation and payment.
Custom orders
For custom orders, private label orders, relabeling, or special packing requests, lead time is usually around 10–15 business days depending on the product type and order details.
Shipping Methods
Express shipping options
We can arrange DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other express shipping methods depending on the destination, package size, and order urgency.
Shipment to freight forwarders
If you work with your own freight forwarder in China, we can also send the goods directly to your forwarder after order confirmation and packing.
Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on destination and carrier
Shipping time varies depending on the country, local customs process, carrier service, and the shipping arrangement chosen by the buyer.
Delays may happen in international shipping
While we try to arrange shipment efficiently, delays caused by airlines, customs, local delivery services, weather, or other external factors are outside our direct control.
Before Shipment
Order details should be confirmed clearly
Before shipment, we recommend confirming:
- product type
- quantity
- size range
- packaging details
- shipping address
- shipping method
For many orders, we can also provide photo or video confirmation before dispatch.
Practical Notes for Wholesale Buyers
Lead time and shipping time are different
Lead time refers to the time needed to prepare the goods before dispatch. Shipping time refers to the time needed for the carrier to deliver the goods after shipment.
Early planning helps larger orders
For buyers placing larger, mixed, or customized orders, early confirmation is helpful because stock timing and raw material fluctuations may affect preparation speed.
